PAC7 at JALT2008 in YOYOGI

We will again be using the online form for submissions and participant registration. Even if you are not going to have a booth at this year's conference, please submit you participant list via the Associate Member submission form, which will be available from July 29 at 14:30

BOOTH ALLOCATION SYSTEM


As of the submission start date (July 29) spaces will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis. AMs with large booths at the conference as well as large financial contributions to JALT in the past year will be given priority in the selection process.
展示ブースは先着順です。

On the submission form you will have the opportunity to submit 3 choices for booth space. In the event that your first choice is not available you will be given your 2nd choice, and so on. The map of the EME will be updated every day for the first week, and weekly from then on. Before submitting your request please check that your booth choice is still available by viewing the layout pdf.

EME HOURS


Friday, October 31: SETUP ONLY: 14:00-20:00
Saturday, November 1: 9:00-18:30
Sunday, November 2: 9:00-18:30
Monday, November 3: 9:00-15:00 TAKE-DOWN: 15:00-19:00

NOTE that there will be a full lunch hour this year, with no sessions scheduled. There will also be a 30-minute break in the afternoon with no sessions scheduled. We hope you will make the best of this time to attract people to the EME.

RESTRICTIONS


NO FOOD is permitted in the gymnasium.
ONLY drinks in PET bottles, no other type of containers, are permitted.
