Reservations for onsite accomodations are available.
The onsite accomodations are single rooms in a business hotel style arrangement. Each room has a desk, TV, fridge, bath and safe. Slippers, towel, bath towel, shampoo and body soap are available in the rooms. Sheets are changed every 2nd day. Towels are changed every day. Doors are auto-lock.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms. There are smoking areas on designated floors, so please let us know if you want to be on such a floor.
Please be careful not to lose your keys. In the event that you do lose your keys, there will be a charge of 5,000 yen.
Although the main gate is officially closed between 11pm and 6am, the gate is open enough to allow access to the site.

Check out is at 10:00
Reservations are only being accepted for 3-night stays during the conference period, (check-in October 31 and check out November 3) The 3 nights are available at a flat rate of 15,000 yen.
