EME Layout

The preliminary layout is now available. Please take a look at how the EME is shaping up.

Note: The plan is subject to change. Unit numbers as they appear now will not be the numbers appearing in conference publications.

Each booth unit is 4 square meters (2m x 2m).
The maroon blocks (1-117) are for Associate Member displays.
The green blocks (301-318) are for JALT's Special Interest groups.
The orange blocks (1-12) are for JALT's International and National Affiliates.
The light pink blocks (401-420) are for JALT2008 Poster Sessions .

In preparation for submitting the application form, a sample of the form is available for inspection.
