As I sent emails yesterday to each sponsor category and group (Gold, Silver, Conference), starting August 18, the selection of exhibition booths will begin. Please read the attached Conference Terms of Agreement (page 2), which contains details such as booth prices, before applying.

This year, everyone except Gold Sponsors will have one booth only. The booth fee is 100,000 yen. **Exhibit fees are included in the Sampler Sponsor’s annual sponsorship, so there is no additional fee if you are a Sampler Sponsor.**

There will be a total of eight exhibition booths on the third, fourth, and fifth floors of the venue. The rooms marked in red on the attached map are the rooms where the exhibition booths will be set up. Except for room 409, each room will have three booths, and room 409 will have nine booths. 

Please send your application to <sponsors@jalt.org>, indicating your preferred room number, booth number (up to your third choice), and a phone number where you can be reached on the scheduled application day. Except for Gold Sponsors, booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each group. We will begin by confirming preferences starting with Gold Sponsors. Prior to your group’s application, we will send you an email with available booth information. Please select an available booth from the options provided.

昨日スポンサーカテゴリーとグループごと（Gold, Silver, Conference）に別々にメールでお知らせしましたが、8月18日より順番に出展ブースのお申し込みがはじまります。添付した大会規約の2ページ目にブースの料金等詳細がございますので、お申し込み前にご一読下さい。

今年はゴールドスポンサー以外の皆様はブースが1つのみとなります。出展料金は10万円です。サンプラースポンサーは年間スポンサー料に含まれておりますので、追加の出展料金はかかりません。

展示ブースは3階、4階、5階の合計8部屋になります。添付のマップで赤く記した部屋が展示ブースを設置する部屋です。409、304以外の部屋は各部屋3ブース、409と304は9ブース設置します。昨日お送りしたそれぞれのお申し込み日に、ご希望の部屋番号と、ブース番号（第3希望まで）、当日連絡のつく電話番号を記して、<sponsors@jalt.org>宛てに申し込んで下さい。ゴールドスポンサー以外は先着順です。ゴールドスポンサーから順々にご希望をうかがいます。皆様が所属するグループの申し込み前に空きブース情報をメールで送ります。そのなかから空いているブースをご選択下さい。
