Additional Booth Equipment Orders (Deadline: October 10)

The booth fee for the educational materials exhibition includes one table (W180cm x D45cm x H70cm) and two chairs. If you require additional tables or chairs, spare tables and chairs are stored behind the panel partitions in each room. Feel free to use them at no charge.

If you plan to use panels (W90cm x H210cm), installation will be needed. Please inform us in advance of the number of panels needed and their installation locations (e.g., between adjacent booths on the left/right, behind the booth, etc.). Panels can also be ordered free of charge. Please note that booths 1-5 in Room 409 and Room 304, as well as booths 2 and 3 in other rooms, have partition panels installed behind the booths as the default setup. Feel free to use these. Please bring your own push pins.

教材展示会会場のブース費用には、机1台 (W180cm x D45 x H70) と椅子2脚が含まれています。追加で机や椅子をご希望の場合、各部屋予備の机・椅子がパネル仕切りの裏側に収納されていますので、ご自由にお使いください。無料です。

パネル（W90cm x H210）をご利用の方は設置が必要になりますので、あらかじめ枚数と設置場所についてお知らせください（例：左右で隣接するブースとの間、ブースの背面、等）。パネルも無料でご注文いただけます。なお409号室と304号室のブース1～5番、その他のお部屋のブース2番と3番には、初期設定として仕切り用のパネルがブース背後に設置されております。ご自由にご利用ください（画鋲をお持ち下さい）。

その他の備品（有料）をご希望の方はメールにてご相談ください。すでにお申し込みをいただいている方は再度お申し込みいただく必要はありません。
