The Conference is fast approaching. Please register the names, email addresses, and other details of those who will enter the presentation venue. This year, we have created a spreadsheet that sponsors can fill out directly. For the blue cells, please select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
The number of people who can register for free entry to the presentation venue depends on the sponsor category:
- Presenting sponsors: up to 4 people
- Displaying sponsors: up to 3 people
- Supporting sponsors and Sampler sponsors: up to 2 people
If you wish to register more than the allotted number, discounted member rates apply: ¥22,000 for three days or ¥17,000 for one day. If attending for just one day, please let us know the date. For inquiries regarding senior and student rates, please contact us by email.
Please note: display staff stationed at the exhibition booth are not allowed into the presentation venue.
- Presenting and Displaying sponsors may register an unlimited number of display staff.
- Other sponsors may register up to 2 display staff.
In the “Affiliation” field, please enter the name of your organization (e.g., university, company, etc.) as it will appear on the name badge.
For information about gift vouchers, please refer to the explanation below.
Please fill in the required information in the attached spreadsheet and return it via email by Friday, October 10. After that, everyone whose name is listed in the spreadsheet needs to create an account on Indico. If you have already created one, no further action is needed. We have previously shared instructions for account creation, but we are attaching them again for your convenience. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

大会開催が近づいて参りました。発表会場に入場する方々のお名前、メールアドレス等、参加者登録をお願いいたします。今年は皆様に記入していただけるスプレッドシート（添付）を作成しました。青い欄はプルダウンメニューから適切なものを選んでください。
発表会場に無料で登録できる人数は、スポンサーカテゴリーによって異なります。Presenting sponsorは4名、Displaying sponsorは3名、Supporting sponsorとSampler sponsorは2名まで無料で登録できます。それ以上ご登録の場合は、会員割引料金適用で、3日間22,000円、1日17,000円となります。1日ご参加の場合は、日にちをお知らせ下さい。シニア・学生割引につきましては、該当する方がいらっしゃる場合メールでお尋ねください。
出展ブースに常駐するディスプレイスタッフは発表会場には入れません。ディスプレイスタッフはPresenting sponsorとDisplaying sponsorは人数無制限、それ以外のスポンサーは2名までです。所属欄は、名札に表示される所属名（大学名、企業名など）をご記入下さい。ギフトバウチャーについては下の説明をご参照下さい。
添付のスプレッドシートに必要事項をすべてアルファベットで記入し、10月10日（金曜日）までにメール添付で返信してください。その後、スプレッドシート上にお名前を記入した方全員が各々Indico上でアカウントを作成してください。すでに作成済みの方は結構です。アカウント作成方法は以前にもお知らせしたとおりですが、再度添付いたします。
Gift Vouchers ギフト券につきまして
Gift vouchers are available again this year. JALT will provide two vouchers for full conference registration to each JALT Sponsor. We would like to ask for your help in promoting the Conference and Educational Materials Exhibition (EME) by offering these vouchers to teachers. Please send us your information so that we can prepare a conference name badge for you to pick up at the Registration Help Desk.
Conditions: The voucher is only for those who are not current JALT members and have not been members or participated in the conference for the last 3 years. Participants using this voucher may be photographed or recorded on video. Names of recipients may be published by JALT. All individual personal information will never be shared with any third parties. Accommodation and transportation are not included.
今年も各スポンサー団体につき2枚のギフト券を進呈いたします。ギフト券進呈につきましては、現在JALTの会員ではなく、過去3年間に非会員であり、かつ年次国際大会に参加していないことが条件となります。ギフト券をご利用になる方は、大会の映像（写真・動画）に映ったり、お名前が弊会印刷物に掲載されたりする可能性がありますが、個人情報につきましては第三者に提供することはありません。宿泊費・交通費は含みませんので予めご了承ください。名札はご出席当日に大会会場受付にてお受け取りください。どうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。
