Dear JALT Sponsor,

The Sendai Chapter of JALT cordially invites you to participate in the 2025 Tohoku ELT Expo on 7 December (Sunday) from 9:00 to 17:00.

In years past, each Tohoku ELT Expo has attracted over 100 participants, with 20-30 presentations offered throughout the day in a series of concurrent sessions. Admission to the event has been set at 1000 yen, and we expect to have around our typical 100 participants in attendance.

We are offering exhibitor packages to JALT Sponsors as follows:

Gold Package: Three display tables with power, two presentation slots (45 minutes), logo placement on the event information page on our website, and unlimited event admission for company representatives (staff and presenter). 35,000 yen

Silver Package: Two display tables with power, one presentation slot (45 minutes), logo placement on the event information page on our website, and event admission for up to three company representatives (staff and presenter). 25,000 yen

Bronze Package: One display table with power, logo placement on the event information page on our website, and event admission for up to two company representatives. 15,000 yen

Additional tables: 7,500 yen (volume discount available)

Additional slots for sponsored presentations: 7,500 yen

***Please note that, as per JALT rules, money spent for this event can be reported to JALT Central Office and counted towards your overall contribution to JALT in calculating your status in the JALT conference exhibition booth selection process.

Complimentary coffee and tea, plus food for purchase, will be available throughout the day in the exhibition area, so you can expect a good amount of traffic on the day.
