Thank you for joining the Educational Materials Exhibition at JALT2025. This announcement is sent to you on behalf of JALT’s designated shipping agent, Watanabe Ryutsu (WR). WR will offer to pick up, store, and deliver your materials between your place and your booth site at the JALT conference. Please be sure to read the important information on the attached document, including the application form. Please contact Watanabe Ryutsu directly to make arrangements for your boxes. The application form can be found on the last page of the attachment.

The three attachments consist of the application from Japan (Domestic Shipments in Japanese version), Domestic Shipments English version, and the application from Overseas. The contents of each are different, so please be sure to read them carefully. The final deadline for applications is October 16.
