WELCOME TO JALT2025!
We would like to thank you very much for your support for this year’s Educational Materials Exhibition (EME) at the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center (オリセン) and ask for your patience with some site-specific restrictions.
Here are a few things to remember during the event:
Setup Schedule:
The setup time starts on Friday, October 31, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The venue will be locked at 6:00 PM, so please finish your setup before then.
On Saturday and Sunday mornings, the EME rooms will be open by 8:45 AM.
If you use Watanabe Ryutsu, and have included your room number, your boxes will be delivered directly to the room.

If you are not working with Wataname Ryutsu, please have a representative receive your boxes in your assigned room.
EME Hours of Operation:
Saturday, November 1, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sponsors and JALT Committee members may enter by 8:45 AM.)
Sunday, November 2, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Sponsors and JALT Committee members may enter by 8:45 AM.)
Venue WIFI
There will be WIFI at the venue, but it has been reported to be quite slow. If you plan to stream or use bandwidth-heavy services, please prepare your own portable Wi-Fi device.
All booths will be equipped with electricity.
Breakdown Schedule: Breakdown time starts on Sunday, November 2, at 3:30 PM .
If you are not planning to use Watanabe Ryutsu, please arrange for your own takkyubin / delivery company to start collecting your boxes at 16:30. All items should be collected preferably by 5:50 PM, sufficiently before 6:00 PM venue lock-up.
If you use Watanabe Ryutsu, a representative will meet with you in your room and take care of the pickup from there.
NOTE: Please DO NOT start breaking down your booth BEFORE 3:30 PM. Please be advised that carts owned by the venue and primarily used by its staff are not likely to be available for EME use.
Storage space for your empty boxes:
There will not be a central storage space for the boxes and other items. Please keep them in your room.
Trash Disposal:
Please make use of the bins throughout the venue. However, you are asked to take back any large waste that cannot be disposed of in the venue’s bins.
Friday/Saturday Night Caution:
Please take any valuables with you on Friday and Saturday nights. The venue and the rooms will be locked at 6:00 PM.
No Charging / Refill areas:
There will not be charging or water refill areas at this year’s venue due to its restrictions. However, from next year and at other venues, we will continue to promote more traffic to the EME with water refill and device charging stations.
No EME-only Badges:
There will not be EME-only badges for the public to enter the conference space this year, as the EME is not a separate, dedicated area, but in rooms on three floors neighboring presentation rooms. However, in future events with a single dedicated EME space, we will attempt to continue this complementary practice to promote more traffic to the EME area.

教材展示会（EME）を開催するにあたり、今年も皆様のご支援をいただき誠にありがとうございます。会場独自の制約がいくつかございますので、皆様のご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
設営スケジュール：
展示ブースのご準備は、10月31日（金）午後2時〜午後6時の間に行ってください。午後6時には出展会場が施錠されますので、それまでに準備を完了してください。土曜日・日曜日は各部屋午前8時45分頃に開場します。
ワタナベ流通をご利用の場合、お荷物は直接皆様のブースに配送されます。
それ以外の会社をご利用の場合は、10月31日午後2時〜6時の間にお荷物が配送されるよう各々ご手配ください。会場ならびに弊会はお荷物の受け取りやお取り置きはできませんので、必ず皆様でお受け取りいただくようお願いいたします。

教材展示会開催時間：

会場のWi-Fiについて：
Wi-Fiは利用可能ですが、速度が遅いとの報告があります。ストリーミングや通信量の多いサービスをご利用予定の方は、各自ポータブルWi-Fiを持参なさることをおすすめします。
各ブースには電源が設置されています。
撤収スケジュール：
ブースの撤収は11月2日（日）午後3時30分から開始となります。
- ワタナベ流通を利用しない場合、配送業者による集荷はかならず施錠前（午後6時）に完了させてください。
- ワタナベ流通を利用する場合は、担当者が各ブースまで伺い集荷を行います。
注：午後3時30分以前に撤収を開始しないでください。会場の台車は弊会以外の関係者を含めたスタッフ専用のため、EMEでは使用できない可能性がありますのでご注意ください。
空箱等の保管について：
保管スペースはありません。各部屋・ブースで保管してください。
ゴミの処理について：
会場内のゴミ箱をご利用ください。ただし、大型の廃棄物は各自でお持ち帰りください。
金曜日・土曜日夜間の注意事項：
貴重品は必ずお持ち帰りください。会場は午後6時に施錠され、再入場できません。
充電・給水ステーションについて：
会場の規制により、今年は充電・給水ステーションは設置されません。
出展会場のみの入場について：
今年は出展会場が独立した専用スペースではなく、発表会場に隣接する3つのフロアで開催されるため、出展会場のみの入場券は発行いたしません。
