Thank you very much for your ongoing support of JALT. This is the information regarding the application process for unvetted presentations at the JALT2026 Annual International Conference, which will be held at WINC Aichi (Nagoya) from November 20 to 22.

As in last year, presentation applications will be handled through the Indico platform. Last year, applicants first submitted their information via Google Forms; however, in order to simplify the process this year, all sponsors will enter their presentation information directly in Indico. We have prepared both English and Japanese versions of the user manual, and we kindly ask each sponsor to register and edit their presentation information directly according to these instructions.

Before we proceed, please first provide the email address of the person responsible for managing and editing your presentations (i.e., your contact person). After that, the JALT sponsor liaison (sponsors@jalt.org) will inform each sponsor’s contact person of the presentation slots allocated to them.

The application deadline for presentations is July 31.

Additionally, beginning this year, in addition to the usual presentation formats (30-minute and 60-minute presentations, and 30-minute and 60-minute workshops), sponsors may also apply for a 60-minute poster session.

11月20日から22日まで名古屋市のWINCあいちにて開催されるJALT2026年次国際大会におけるunvetted presentation（無審査発表）の申し込みについてのご案内です。

昨年同様、発表の申し込みはIndicoプラットフォーム上で受け付けます。昨年はまずGoogleフォームで情報をご提出いただきましたが、今年は手続きを簡素化するため、すべてのスポンサーの皆様に直接 Indico上で発表情報をご入力いただくことになりました。英語版・日本語版のマニュアルを作成しておりますので、そちらに沿って発表情報の登録・編集をお願いいたします。

その前にまず、発表の管理・編集を担当される方（担当者） のメールアドレスをお知らせください。その後、スポンサーリエゾン (sponsors@jalt.org)  より、各スポンサーの担当者様に、割り当てられた発表枠をお知らせいたします。

発表の申し込み期限は 7月31日 です。

また、今年からは従来のプレゼンテーション（30分・60分）およびワークショップ（30分・60分）に加えて、60分のポスターセッションもお申し込みいただけるようになりました。
