EME Booth Allocation (Silver Sponsors) July 24-Aug 1 / 展示ブースの優先お申し込みのご案内(シルバースポンサー)7月24日-8月1日 (sent July 19, 2019)

Thank you very much for your patience and support with the booth allocation process. We have currently received and confirmed requests from Gold Sponsors. Please find the latest booth layout of the EME by clicking on the link. 
The next priority booth allocation phase is for Silver Sponsors. This phase begins on Wednesday, July 24
Phase 3: Silver Sponsors (6 Associate Members) 
Open:at 11:00 on July 24 (JST)
Close:at 18:00 on August 01 (JST)
Please review the latest booth allocation layout and ensure that you have THREE possible options lined up. 
From the submission start date, booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that your first choice is not available, you will be given your second choice, and so on. The Business Manager (Cory Koby) or the EME Coordinator (Susan Meiki) will contact you after your submission in order to confirm your allocation within 24 hours. Please be aware that if we are unable to contact you, we may have to move on to the next application. Whatever the circumstance, we will try to keep you informed of the process as best possible. 
The booth application form will be valid from 11:00 am on July 24th. For your convenience, we are attaching the screenshot of the sample form. We will start contacting you in the received order at our mailing system. Please make sure to check the email or phone call from us to confirm your booth location. 
After Phase 3, we will open Phase 4 on Thursday, August 8 for all the Associate Members to choose their exhibit booths. Please be advised that the booth application period ends August 24
On August 8, the EME Participation Form will be available online for you to order your equipment, advertisement, or register your presenter(s) or staff. The EME Participation submission ends on September 9. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to let us know at any time.

さて、ゴールドスポンサーの皆さまのお申し込み(第2期)が終了いたしました。次回のお申し込みは、シルバースポンサー様が対象となります。予約済みブースを記載いたしました最新のレイアウトは、EME Layoutのページから覧いただけます。お申し込みは、7月24日(水)から始まります。
受付開始:2019年7月24日(水)11:00 (日本時間)
受付終了:2019年8月1日(木)18:00 (日本時間)
第3期のお申し込みが完了しますと、8月8日(木)から、すべてのAM会員様を対象とする第4期のお申込みを開始します。ブース登録の締切日は8月24日です。また8月8日よりEME Participation Formの受付も開始し、展示ブースで必要な追加の備品や参加者登録、広告等をお申し込みいただけます。こちらのお申し込み締切日は9月9日です。日にちが近くなりましたらあらためてご案内いたします。
