The deadline for conference registrantration has passed, but we have extended the final deadline to October 25. Sponsors who have already registered but need to make changes will also be accepted until October 25. Please see the email below for the information required to apply for registration.
In response to requests from previous years for a count of actual attendance rather than the number of registrants, this year we are introducing a system whereby visitors will be asked to hold up a QR code at the entrance to the venue. In addition, a list of names and email addresses of registrants will be sent to all sponsors at the beginning of November. Please use this information for your promotion.
大会登録者の申し込み期限を過ぎましたが、受付の最終期限を延長し、10月25日といたします。すでにご登録をいただいた方で変更がある場合も、10月25日まで変更の受付をいたします。ご登録お申し込みの際に必要な情報は、当初お送りした下記のメールをご覧ください。
例年、登録者数ではなく実際の来場者数を集計して欲しいとのご要望を受けまして、本年から会場入場時にQRコードをかざしていただくシステムを導入します。QRコードは登録時のメールアドレスにおひとりずつ個別にお送りします。
11月のはじめに、登録者名とメールアドレスのリストをすべてのスポンサー様にお送りします。大会にむけての宣伝活動にどうぞご活用ください。

Thank you for your ongoing support of JALT. We are now accepting conference registration via email. The number of people who can register for free depends on your sponsorship category. There is no registration fee for display-only staff, but they still need to send in registration information (see below).

Required information:
Please provide via email the following information:
- presenter’s/participant’s name **Please indicate paid or free registrant
- email address
- country of residence if not Japan
- affiliation that will appear on the name badge
Registration fee for paid participants:
All three days: 20,000 yen/person
One day: 15,000 yen/person ** For those who wish to attend only one day, please indicate the specific date
