Dates and Methods for Selecting Exhibition Booths
Starting August 21, Gold sponsors, followed by Silver sponsors, will receive an email from AM Liaison regarding booth availability. Please refer to the attached Conference Terms of Agreement for more details.
Types of Sponsorship and How to Apply
JALT2023 Sponsorship Bidding will start on Monday, August 21 at 10:00 AM
We appreciate your efforts and support in making the JALT International Conference a success. This would not be possible without your sponsorship support. Advertising applications and sponsorship bids will be accepted using the online form:

Sponsorship bids will be accepted from 10 a.m. on August 21 until 5 p.m. the following day. Please see the attached document for more information on the bidding process. If you are interested, please fill out the form above and send it in.
Online AM Meeting on Friday, August 25
We will hold a meeting to receive feedback and questions directly from our Associate Members. Please join us. The URL for participation will be sent to you shortly.
