Thank you for your ongoing support for JALT and the JALT2022 International Conference. This email is to inform you of the following 2 important topics.

2)    Gift Voucher Program　ギフト券進呈
 
 
1) JALT2022 Conference Registration　大会登録方法
Each membership category allows a different number of people to participate in the conference for free for all days. Presenting (4 people), Displaying (3), Supporting and Sampler (2). As for the number of display-only personnel, Presenting and Displaying members can have an unlimited number of personnel, whereas Supporting and Sampler, two only. Please complete the following information in an email and return it to this email address  by Friday, October 21.
 
会員カテゴリーごとに、全日程を無料で参加できる人数が異なります。Presenting（4名）、Displaying（3名）、SupportingとSamplerは（2名）です。展示のみの人数につきましては、Presenting会員とDisplaying会員には人数制限がありませんが、Supporting会員とSampler会員は2名のみとなります。10月21日（金）までに、以下の項目につきまして、こちらのメールアドレスまでご返信ください。

 
1.       Name of the organization to appear in publicity materials
2.       Contact name
3.       Contact email
4.       Contact phone (mobile)
5.       Names of fee exempted representatives, as per membership contract
Your organization name is printed on their conference badges. If reps prefer another institution name, please separate with a comma or semicolon.
     6.       Names of fee-paying representatives—3days (15,000), 1 day (10,000)
If you sponsor the registration fees for your staff or guest, please indicate the number of reps and their names. Your organization name is printed on their conference badges. If reps prefer another institution name, please write the institution name as well.
    7.       Names of exhibit personnel
Display personnel are free of charge and there is no limit to the number of personnel for Presenting and Displaying Associate Members. Limited to two for Supporting and Sampler Members. Display personnel may not attend presentations.
 
2) Gift Voucher Program　ギフト券進呈
JALT will provide two vouchers for full conference registration to each Associate Member. We would like to ask for your help in promoting the Conference and Educational Materials Exhibition (EME) by offering these vouchers to teachers. Please find detailed information describing the program and publicity procedures at the link below. Also find a Voucher Sample that includes information about how to link to an online registration form for the voucher recipients. Please send us your information so that we can prepare a conference name badge for you to pick up at the Registration Help Desk.
 
Conditions: The voucher is only for those who are not current JALT members and have not been members or participated in the conference for the last 3 years. Participants using this voucher may be photographed or recorded on video. Names of recipients may be published by JALT. All individual personal information will never be shared with any third parties. Accommodation and transportation are not included. Please complete the following information in an email and return it to this email address  by Friday, October 21.

2.     City and Prefecture of residence 
3.     Email address 
4.     Institution (to appear on the conference badge) 
     5.    Number of years teaching in Japan 
 
ギフト券進呈につきましては、現在JALTの会員ではなく、過去3年間に非会員であり、かつ年次国際大会に参加していないことが条件になります。ギフト券をご使用になる方は、大会の映像（写真・動画）に映ったり、お名前が弊会印刷物に掲載されたりする可能性がありますが、個人情報につきましては第三者に提供することはありません。なお宿泊費・交通費は含みませんので予めご了承ください。名札はご出席当日に大会会場受付にてお受け取りください。10月21日（金）までに、上記の必要項目をこちらのメールアドレスまでご返信ください。
