In these troubling times, we hope this message finds you doing as well as can be. 
 
First, we want to let you know that the unvetted proposal deadline will be extended. Currently, the deadline is open and we will give you more information before the end of this month of May. 
 
Second, we apologize for the lateness of this messaging. The Board of Directors has been in discussions regarding all aspects of JALT. We are coming to conclusive decisions that will give you more direction with your planning. We will inform you as soon as we can.
