It is my pleasure to announce that, despite the great popularity, there are still a few opportunities to take part in JALT’s upcoming 2020 PanSIG and TESOL/JALT International Mind, Brain, and Language Education Symposium. Currently, the following three opportunities exist:
1) PanSIG + TESOL/JALT Symposium Lanyard Strap Branding Opportunity
2) PanSIG = 1 table

3) TESOL/JALT = up to 3 tables
 
Details:

1)    Lanyard Strap Branding Opportunity is for both PanSIG (May 30th and 31st, 2020) and the TESOL/JALT International Mind, Brain, and Language Education Symposium (June 21st, 2020). At both conferences, JALT will print name cards for all participants. Any AM interested in supplying straps with its name/logo on them is invited to contact the AM liaison for the events, Jason Pratt. There are no additional fees other than the cost of supplying the straps for all participants.

2)    On May 30 and 31, 2020, the JALT PanSIG Conference 2020, sponsored by the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) of the Japan Association of Language Teaching (JALT), will be held at the University of Niigata Prefecture in Niigata City. It will be attended by teachers from around Japan and abroad. 1 table space is still available and may be reserved for either Tier 1 (40,000 yen for 2 days) or Tier 2 rank (20,000 yen for 2 days). The benefits that come with sponsorship are as follows:

One table to display materials (Tier 1 and Tier 2);

Priority selection of table location (Tier 1 only);

Registration Vouchers for 2 representatives (a presenter counts as 1 representative);

Access to available electrical outlets on a first-come first-served basis (Tier 1 only);

One 25-minute unvetted slot for a presenter, to be listed in all conference materials as “Sponsored by AM” (Tier 1 and Tier 2);

An insert designed by the AM in the PanSIG digital handbook (Tier 1 = full page, Tier 2 = half page);

Logo placement on participants’ name tags (Tier 1 only);

Credit towards the AM’s charges total sponsorship contribution for the year (Tier 1 and Tier 2).

*Please note that this year’s venue prohibits the sales of materials on site, though displaying and advertising are allowed.

3)    TESOL International and JALT are joining forces to present the 2020 TESOL/JALT International Mind, Brain, and Language Education Symposium. The event will be held at Kyoto Sangyo University with AM participation available on June 21st, 2020. The conference will feature global leaders in the field of neuroscience and psychology. Participation in this event costs 10,000 yen per table and there is only one tier of sponsorship. The benefits that come with sponsorship are as follows:

One table to display materials;

Access to available electrical outlets;

Registration Vouchers for 2 representatives (a presenter counts as 1 representative);

One 25-minute unvetted slot for a presenter, to be listed in all conference materials as “Sponsored by AM”;

Logo placement on participants’ name tags;

Logo placement on advertisements;

A full page ad in the conference app
