On May 30 and 31, 2020, the JALT PanSIG Conference 2020, the 19th of its kind, will be held. It is sponsored by the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) of the Japan Association of Language Teaching (JALT). The event will be held at the University of Niigata Prefecture in Niigata City.
The conference will include Keynote Speakers, Featured Speakers, SIG Forums, and many other presentations. It will be attended by teachers from around Japan and abroad.
Limited display space is reserved for Associate Members. All reservations are for both days.
Tier I sponsorship costs 40,000 yen. Benefits for Tier I sponsorship are as follows:
One table to display materials;
Priority selection of table location during the priority selection time, based on a first-come first-served basis amongst all AMs that have reserved Tier I sponsorships;
Access to available electrical outlets on a first-come first-served basis;
One 25-minute unvetted slot for a presenter, to be listed in all conference materials as “Sponsored by AM;”
A full page insert designed by the AM in the PanSIG digital handbook;
Logo placement on participants’ name tags;
Two admission passes for representatives (representatives not allowed to attend presentations);
Credit towards the AM’s charges total sponsorship contribution for the year.

Tier II sponsorship costs 20,000 yen. Benefits for Tier II sponsorship are as follows:
One table to display materials, the selection of which will follow the priority selection time;
One 25-minute unvetted slot for a presenter, to be listed in all conference materials as “Sponsored by AM;”
A half page insert designed by the AM in the PanSIG digital handbook;
Two admission passes for representatives (representatives not allowed to attend presentations);
Credit towards the AM’s charges total sponsorship contribution for the year.

Available space is limited and will be given to those who respond first and agree to participate.
*Please note that this year’s venue prohibits the sales of materials on site, though displaying and advertising are allowed.
