1) Phase 4 Booth Allocation Starts—All Members Including Conference Sponsors and New Members
At 11:00 (JST) on Thursday, August 8, we will open our JALT2019 Educational Materials Exhibition (EME) booth allocation procedure for ALL Associate Members. Thank you very much for waiting during the priority booth allocation period.
Open:11:00 am on August 8(Japan Standard Time)
Close:6:00 pm on August 24(JST)

Please review the most recent booth allocation layout and ensure that you have a number of possible options lined up:
EME Layout
From the submission start date, booths will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that your first choice is not available, you will be given your second choice, and so on. Either the JALT2019 EME Coordinator Susan Meiki or AM Liaison Miho Tajima will contact you after your submission has been made in order to confirm your allocation. Please be aware that if we are unable to contact you, we may have to move on to the next application.
2) EME Participation Form
Thank you very much to those who have applied for booth space in the Educational Materials Exhibition (EME) at JALT2019.
As a next step, please let us know about
any necessary equipment for your display space by sending the EME Participation Form. The form will open onAugust 8, 11:00 am and will close on September 9, 6:00 pm.The types and prices of the equipment we offer this year are available on the page at http://associates.jalt.org/pricing.

If you are interested in any other display equipment to rent, for example clip lights for your panel, please feel free to check with us for availability and prices. The EME Participation Form is programmed to automatically calculate your orders, but we will check and confirm the final details with you.
3) Delivery and Take Down for the EME
The EME closing time on Sunday is earlier this year; it is4 pm. Please understand that you have agreed to continue until 4 pm according to the JALT2019 Terms of Agreement:
“Do not start taking down your booth BEFORE closing time of the EME on Sunday. AMs are expected to continue their full display during the EME period. If a special case requires early breakdown, the AM is expected to notify JALT and receive approval prior to the beginning of the conference.Early breakdown of EME displays could affect booth allocation procedures for the AM for the following conference year.” For AMs using Watanabe Ryutsu, they will start collecting your boxes and equipment from 4:30 pm. We will also arrangeYamato takkyubin(NO Sagawa again this year) to pick up packages at the venue.Parcels must be less than 25 kg, with total length, width, height of less than 160 cm. Please notify Susan Meiki at smmeiki@gmail.com. She will designate a central area for you to bring your boxes and equipment for pick up.

1) 展示ブースお申込み—すべてのAM会員様対象
8月8日(木)11:00 amよりすべてのAM会員様を対象にブースのお申込受付を開始いたします。
受付開始:8月8日(木)11:00(日本時間)
受付終了:8月24日(土)18:00(日本時間)

お申し込みは先着順にて承ります。第一希望のブースがすでに占有されている場合、第二希望、第三希望で可能なものを受付いたします。すべて占有されている場合やご相談が必要な場合には、EMEコーディネーターのスーザン明木、もしくはAM会員担当の但馬みほがご連絡いたします。ご連絡が取れない場合は、次にお待ちの会員様のお申込みを受付けさせていただきますので、ご了承のほどお願い申し上げます。

展示ブースのお申込みがお済みの会員様は、次のステップとして、参加者登録並びに展示ブース備品等をEME Participation Formからお申込みください。

パネルに設置するクリップライトなど、上記ページに掲載されていないものでご要望がございましたら、お気軽にご相談ください。なお、EME Participation Formはご注文時に自動的に計算されますが、皆様と詳細を確認するまでは最終決定とはなりませんのでご安心ください。
3) 展示ブースの撤去と運搬について
会員様のご要望を反映して、本年は日曜日の展示会の終了時刻を午後4時といたします。JALT2019年次国際大会についての同意条項(下記をご参照ください)に準じて、展示は午後4時まで行うことをご了承ください。
