Please submit your preferable booth location through this online application form during the period below. This form will be sent to the SIG Representative Liaison to coordinate smoothly.

Period for Acceptance:
Open: 11:00 (JST) on July 1
Close: 18:00 (JST) on September 11

Booth Allocation Procedures:

As of the submission start date, spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, SIG Representative Liaison will coordinate as necessary.

Please make sure you have looked at the latest layout before making a selection for booth space.

The booth will be provided with one panel, one table, and two chairs and the cost is 0000JPY. (Price includes tax.)
