We hope all is going well with you and that you are finding ways to stay comfortable in this heat. We are sending some information regarding further preparation of your participation at the JALT2023. 

EME Booth Selection Update

We are currently in the final stage of selecting exhibition space for the Gold Sponsors. Booth selection for Silver Sponsors will begin at 10:00 a.m. on September 11. Silver Sponsors will receive an email from us shortly with the status of available booths and instructions on how to apply. Booth selection for Conference Sponsors will begin at 10:00 a.m. on September 19, which will be posted on our next newsletter.

Associate Members’ Registration for JALT2023
Registration for participants will be accepted via email. The number of people who can register for free depends on your membership category. 

Presenting membership: 4 

Displaying membership: 3

Supporting membership: 2

Sampler membership: 2

There is no registration fee for EME display-only staff. Members sponsoring an unvetted presentation need to provide via email the presenter’s name, email address, and country of residence by September 22. Registration for participants other than presenters will be accepted until October 31. Again, please include their name, respective email address, country of residence, and whether they are paid registrants or display-only attendees.

We are seeking sponsors for the following items: Intern T-shirts, Conference Bag, Friday Welcome Party.

出展ブース選定状況
現在、ゴールドスポンサー様の出展ブース選定が最終段階に入っております。シルバースポンサー様のブース選定は9月11日午前10時より開始いたします。シルバースポンサーの皆様には、近日中にブースの空き状況と申込方法を記載したメールをお送りいたします。カンファレンス・スポンサーのブース選定は9月19日午前10時より開始いたします。こちらに関しては、次号のニュースレターにてご案内いたします。

JALT2023ビジネス会員様の参加登録について
参加登録はメールにて受け付けます。無料でご登録いただける人数は、会員区分によって異なります。

Presenting 会員：4名
Displaying 会員：3名
Supporting 会員：2名
Sampler 会員：2名

EME展示のみのスタッフの登録料は無料です。Unvettedプレゼンテーションのスポンサーは、9月22日までに発表者の氏名、それぞれのEメールアドレス、居住国をメールでお知らせください。発表者以外の参加登録は10月31日まで受け付けます。この場合も、発表者の氏名、それぞれのEメールアドレス、居住国、有料登録者か展示のみの参加者かを明記してください。
