Exhibition booth selections for Silver Sponsors will be accepted starting September 11 at 10:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time). Please follow the steps below to apply by email. We will begin accepting applications at 10:00 a.m. exactly. Please note that emails received before 10:00 a.m. will be the last in line.
Priority application for Silver Sponsors will close at 10:00 a.m. on September 15.
This year, the EME will be held on the 4th and 2nd floors. Please refer to the attached layout to see which booths are currently available.
Booths with red highlights in the numbers are already taken. Six regular size booths maximum can be chosen. Smaller booths in front of the pillar can be added to the 6-booth maximum. For example, Booths 59, 60, 62, 63, 64 and 66 plus 61 and 65.
Basic package: 100,000 yen (including electricity), additional booths 35,000 yen. Booth size is approximately 2 wide x 2.5 depth meters. Plus, the extra area in front of the post/pillar is 2 meters wide x 1.5 meters depth. This extra space is available for 10,000 yen
Please include the following information in your email:
- Booth numbers from your first to third choice
- Name of the person in charge and a phone number where we can reach you (we may contact you by phone to make adjustments if your booth overlaps with another company’s booth. Please be sure to include a phone number where we can reach you on the day of the event.)

シルバースポンサーの皆様の展示会ブース優先お申し込みを9月11日午前10時（日本時間）から先着順で受付いたします。以下の手順に沿ってメールでお申し込みください。受付は午前10時きっかりにはじめます。それ以前にいただいたメールは一番最後の順番となりますので、どうぞお気をつけください。
シルバースポンサーの優先申し込みは9月15日朝10時で終了いたします。
展示会場は2階と4階です。現在空いているブースは添付の図でご確認ください。数字に赤いハイライトがあるブースはすでに契約済みです。
1団体最大6ブース（レギュラーサイズ）まで選択可能です。レギュラーサイズのブースに挟まれている小ブースは、2つまで選択可能です。例：59, 60, 62, 63, 64, 66と61, 65。
ブース価格：基本パッケージ100,000円（電源付）、追加ブース35,000円。標準ブースの大きさは幅約2m×奥行約2.5m。柱前エリアの小ブースは幅2m×奥行1.5m。追加ブースは10,000円。
メールには以下の情報をお書きください。
- 第一希望から第三希望のブース番号
- 担当者のお名前と連絡のつく電話番号（他社とブースが重なってしまった場合に調整のため電話でご連絡する場合があります。かならず当日連絡の取れる電話番号をお書きください。）
