Exhibition booth selection for all sponsors will be accepted starting Tuesday, September 19 at 10:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time). Please follow the steps below to apply by email. We will begin accepting applications at 10:00 a.m. exactly. Please note that emails received before 10:00 a.m. will be the last in line.
Application will close at 10:00 a.m. on September 29.
This year, the EME will be held on the 4th and 2nd floors. Please refer to the attached layout to see which booths are currently available.
Booths with red highlights in the numbers are already taken. Six booths maximum can be chosen. Sampler members may select one booth only.
Basic package: 100,000 yen (including electricity), additional booths 35,000 yen. Booth size is approximately 2 wide x 2.5 depth meters.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Booth numbers from your first to third choice
- Name of the person in charge and a phone number where we can reach you (we may contact you by phone to make adjustments if your booth overlaps with another company’s booth. Please be sure to include a phone number where we can reach you on the day of the event.)
Associate Members’ Registration for JALT2023
Registration for participants will be accepted via email. The number of people who can register for free depends on your membership category.
Presenting membership: 4
Displaying membership: 3
Supporting membership: 2
Sampler membership: 2
There is no registration fee for EME display-only staff. Members sponsoring an unvetted presentation need to provide via email the presenter’s name, email address, country of residence, and affiliation that will appear on the name badge by September 22. Registration for participants other than presenters will be accepted until October 31. Again, please include their name, respective email address, country of residence, whether they are paid registrants or display-only attendees.
Registration fee for paid participants:
All three days: 20,000 yen/person
One day: 15,000 yen/person

すべての会員の皆様の展示ブースお申し込みを9月19日午前10時（日本時間）から先着順で受付いたします。受付は午前10時きっかりにはじめます。それ以前にいただいたメールは一番最後の順番となりますので、どうぞお気をつけください。
お申し込みは9月29日午前10時で終了いたします。展示会場は2階と4階です。現在空いているブースは添付の図でご確認ください。数字に赤いハイライトがあるブースはすでに契約済みです。
1団体最大6ブースまで選択可能です。サンプラー会員は1ブースのみ選択可能です。
ブース価格：基本パッケージ100,000円（電源付）、追加ブース35,000円。標準ブースの大きさは幅約2m×奥行約2.5m。
メールには以下の情報をお書きください。
- 第一希望から第三希望のブース番号
- 担当者のお名前と連絡のつく電話番号（他社とブースが重なってしまった場合に調整のため電話でご連絡する場合があります。かならず当日連絡の取れる電話番号をお書きください。）

参加登録はメールにて受け付けます。無料でご登録いただける人数は、会員区分によって異なります。

展示会場のみに入場するスタッフの登録料は無料です。Unvettedプレゼンテーションのスポンサーは、9月22日までに発表者の氏名、それぞれのEメールアドレス、居住国、名札に記載する所属先（大学名等）をメールでお知らせください。発表者以外の参加登録は10月31日まで受け付けます。この場合も、発表者の氏名、それぞれのEメールアドレス、居住国、有料登録者か展示のみの参加者かを明記してください。

1日：15,000円
