As we announced in a recent newsletter, our designated shipping agent, Watanabe Ryutsu, will handle the entire delivery of your materials. Please be sure to read the important information on the attached document, including the application form. Please contact Watanabe Ryutsu directly to make arrangements for your boxes. The application form can be found on the last page of the attachment.

The three attachments consist of the application from Japan (Domestic Shipments in English version), Domestic Shipments Japanese version, and the application from Overseas. The contents of each are different, so please be sure to read them carefully. The final deadline for applications is November 10.

NOTE: Friday night and Saturday night, the venue will be open for presentations and events in the building. We suggest the AMs bring a cover for their tables when there is no staff at their booth. In the past, especially Saturday night, attendees have taken materials from unmanned booths. We will have staff on hand to make sure this does not happen again, but just as a caution, we suggest it is best to cover the booth tables if you do not want people taking materials. This is a unique situation to the Tsukuba venue and ask for your cooperation.

先日のニュースレターでもお知らせいたしましたが、弊会指定の搬入搬出業者であるワタナベ流通がお荷物の配送を一括して行います。申込書を含め、添付資料の重要事項を必ずお読みください。今後の配送手配はワタナベ流通に直接ご連絡ください。申込書および連絡先は添付書類の最後のページにあります。

添付書類の内訳は、日本からの申込書（国内発送英語版）、国内発送日本語版、海外からの申込書の3種類です。それぞれ内容が異なりますので、ご注意ください。お申し込みの最終締め切りは11月10日です。

大会期間中、金曜と土曜の夜間は、会場が開放され館内でプレゼンテーションやイベントが行われます。スタッフ不在時用にテーブルカバー等を持参されることをお勧めします。過去、夜間に参加者が無人のブースから資料を無断で持ち帰ったことがあります。このようなことがないようにスタッフが会場を巡回していますが、念のためブースのテーブルにカバーをかけておかれることをお勧めします。
